Field Sobriety Tests in Arizona: You Can Say No

If you got pulled over for a DUI in Arizona and the officer asks you to perform the Field Sobriety Tests or (FST) you CAN say no. In Arizona the constitutional rights of an individual prohibit an officer from asking to many questions, denying you to speak to counsel and mandating you to take the field sobriety tests. These tests are not objective like breath or blood tests and are only a test of a drivers balance and dexterity. You DO NOT have to do these tests. You should NOT do a subjective analysis when being questioned for DUI in Arizona.

Former Drug Court Judge Sentenced for Stealing Cocaine

59-year-old Paul Pozonsky, a former judge from Western Pennsylvania, was sentenced to 30 days to two years in jail for stealing cocaine. He pled guilty in March to charges stemming from directing that cocaine meant for police custody be stored in his chambers. Pozonsky then used the cocaine to feed his addiction to the drug.

Complaint Alleges South Florida Media Company Defrauded Clients

Platinum Television Group of Coral Springs and three other companies - New Line Media Solutions, U.S. Media Television and FR media, all of which were formed by Paul Scott - were named by the Florida Attorney General's Office in a complaint recently. The Attorney general alleges that their media productions were deceptive.

Foreign nationals extradited to US for drug charges - how far does US Law Enforcement's reach extend?

In an unusual case, a foreign national has been extradited to Miami to face drug charges for a case that originated in the Dominican Republic. Dominican and US forces collaborated to track Jairo Estupinan Micolta, 30, in a collaborative sting operation.
